Overall a great business. Tom is the most trustworthy, polite and knowledgable person ever. While I do not need a magnet every year, I do hope they go back to sending out (even in email) an annual delivery schedule as being super busy has left me forgetting about the texts regarding a delivery in two weeks. I like putting the dates on my calendar for the entire year so I don't have to worry about it. Please go back to getting that information out to customers.

I love the notice ahead of time on when they’re coming.The service is fantastic always her when they say they’re going to be. Tom is an awesome delivery guy (#1 he speaks English) I can have a conversation and he brings my water in the house for me, all around great service. I’ve recommended Culligan to multiple people..

Danny is our tech. He's a great guy and very knowledgeable. Always does a great job. Danny is the one who comes to our house every time so it's his work. Installation, service or repair. We like that. CULLIGAN is top notch.

We just moved into a new house and had Doug come out to test the water. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let us know exactly what we needed to get the results we wanted and was always quick to answer any questions along the way. The day of installation the installers were friendly, professional, and walked me through any questions I had. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and the sulfur smell we had been dreading is now gone. The local Culligan water treatment team is great. They will text to schedule appointments or send reminders, very convenient. The filters get changed on schedule, they are in and out quickly. No complaints.

I just had my water softener installed and I have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. From Doug, the sales guy to Ben who installed the system, they couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. The install went like a breeze and everything was cleaned up spic and span. To many times you get less that ideal experiences, but this one was great. I will be recommending Culligan to all my friends.

We love Culligan. They have been providing us bottled water for a few years, and everyone is incredible. They just installed a softener system on our very old hand dug well. Our water is clean and soft. They continue to check in on us every so often as well. They are never more than a call or text away. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I LOVE my new whole house water filtration system and reverse osmosis. Doug was the salesman I worked with and he was exceptionally wonderful. The guys that installed it were great too. I would highly recommend investing in a Culligan water system, it is worth every penny!!

I recently purchased a reverse osmosis drinking water system after talking with Jason. He was very knowledgeable about all things water. Even as I was scheduling my installation with the ladies in the office, they continued to work with me to make sure I was satisfied. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic customer service!!

The office ladies were very helpful and answered all my questions, and scheduled me right away for a consultation. I was hesitant at first but after discussing my concerns and receiving a detailed explanation by Jason i was more than happy to do business with them. The prices are fair and the product quality is beyond my expectations.

I got hogweed on my hands along time ago and was never able to heal my hands but I recently got a culligan water filter system and within a month my hands healed it's amazing..

Jason, Amanda and the team at the Lima Culligan are the type of people and company I would choose to do business with every time. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and expertise our family couldn’t be happier with the water system. I didn’t know water could be this good! Chlorination, softener and RO are all doing their job. They also offer routine maintenance so I never have to worry about water again, what a relief.

When we started having issues with our old water softening unit, I was having trouble finding someone who could help me. I am so appreciative of Clay and the team at Culligan in Lima for all of their help. They sent someone out promptly to take a look at our softener (even though it wasn't a Culligan unit) and with their help, education, and guidance we made the decision to purchase a new unit from them. They were professional, helpful, and took time to answer my questions. They can even come out every 3 months or every 6 months to refill the salt container and make sure everything is properly maintained which will help extend the life of this softening unit. Thank you to Culligan for all the support and standing behind your product. We recently had a new water softener system installed that was supposed to solve the sulfur smell in our well water. Long story short after the tech came back several times to troubleshoot the new system they remeasured the sulfur levels from the well and they had increased significantly from the first time they measured it. It was determined that the softener they installed was not going to be enough to remove the sulfur and they installed a chlorinator at no additional cost to resolve the sulfur issue. Our water no longer smells and we couldn’t be happier with our well water system. Would highly recommend Culligan!

The entire staff - sales, office, and technical - is professional, friendly, and competent. What was presented originally was exactly what we got. Follow-up service has been prompt and effective.

You don't just buy a product for treating water you also buy the people who service it. I shopped around for a system and considered an online purchase and installation. I decided to go with Culligan because I wanted the service and support of the company. Really liked Jim the salesman - nice guy and he is very familiar with the area and the water. The service techs were excellent and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommend.

Good response from the first call I placed with them. Salesman was friendly and thorough. Seemed to be well versed with local water issues. He had no problems with meeting me after work, which was very convenient for me. They installed a new softener and UV filter. Nice, clean install and we had a thorough review of the operation. I'm satisfied with the install and extra efforts I've seen from this office. Would recommend them.
