Culligan of Lima, NY Is Now Western Finger Lakes Culligan!

To All of Our Valued Customers, 

After over 60 years of running Culligan of Lima in their family, owners, Nicole and Jason Keppler, will be leaving. Effective December 1, 2025, the operations of Culligan in Lima, NY is under new ownership by Karr Water Services Inc., “dba” Western Finger Lakes Culligan. We would like to be the first to welcome you to Western Finger Lakes Culligan!

A little bit about the new owner Mike Karr. Mike grew up not far from here in Howard, NY and his family spent much of their summer at Keuka Lake growing up. After serving in the US Air Force, Mike has spent most of his adult life as a Culligan man. Starting as a Bottled Water Delivery Driver, Mike has managed the day-to-day operations of 7 very successful Culligan Water dealerships with one goal. Be the best for our customers. Every day!! It’s not just words, it’s a culture.
